Ken Baca served on the United Way Board of Trustees from January 2015 through 2018. Under Ken’s leadership the Greenville UPS teams contributed over 1 million dollars to the United Way program and won the Hands on Greenville (HOG award) for 2011 through 2015
Served on Board of Trustees from 2014 – 2019 and responsible for a $25,000 Grant from UPS that has helped and was a catalyst for the Pillars of Education, Legal Service, Financial Stability and community Healthcare
Ken Baca is currently serving his second term on the Board of Trustees and has been advocate for the Mission, Vision and Values that include:

Ken Baca collaborated with Clemson Leadership to attended and sponsor the Men of Color. Most recently, UPS leadership joined the Clemson’s first annual Chief Diversity Advisor Board having the UPS Foundation President, Ed Martinez join the Clemson Advisory Board for 2020 – 2023
Responsible for Augusta National Golf Club supply chain and logistic services. In particular, was the UPS liaison and Director for the Master Tournament for 2018 – 2020. Lead a team of 100 plus UPS team member and served 4 patron location on property to include the world famous Berkmans Place. Provided process and world-class service to over 15,000 patrons and received a perfect rating of FIVE from patrons
Ken is involved in the community, and in previous roles been a board director for Boys and Girls clubs, Hispanic Alliance of South Carolina, and current board member of Bon Secours Mercy health system. Ken has helped provide several grants including $15,000 to the Clemson Men of Color, $10,000 to Project Search, $25,000 to the Hispanic Alliance of S.C., $30,000 for the Charlotte Hornets Foundation and $60,000 in SCICU scholarships.
