Ken Baca
MA Organizational Management is the founder of MAS consulting and coaching, which focuses on employee engagement, a winning mindset and has a proven track record of earning and building TRUST.
Additionally, Ken has developed and built business units in Europe; worked at the corporate office of UPS as the Global Business Services process manager, US Insides Sales and most recently Director of Sales for the 3-state region of South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. During his time at the corporate office he helped implement, training and create process and procedures for 10 regional contact centers. He has worked with national clients like Grainger, Amazon, Albee Baby and regional and local accounts like Smith Drugs, Nephron, Snoozer, Palmetto State Armory, Duke energy, and A2BF fulfillment.

Ken has a proven record of (MAS) Coaching and Consulting and building, designing and creating wining mindsets, winning teams and most importantly earning and building TRUST. For much of his 30 year career, Ken has focused on the difference between Leading versus Managing.

Ken had the unique opportunity as military veteran (Army) to work with Two-star General Kenneth E. Leuer (link) to build his philosophy of leadership and TRUST. In the Army, Ken’s MOS or Military-Occupational Specialty was in Supply-chain and Logistics and Ken can help your business streamline, add value and evaluate your supply chain, processes and inventory and management systems.
